Traditional Christmas Pudding
Ideal with a cup of tea, Christmas Pudding is the traditional dessert served on Christmas Day across the Channel. Directly coming from England, this Christmas Pudding has been baked by a famous name specialised in jams, marmalades and other delicacies. Several spices gives it a rich flavour so special. This dark dessert is often flambéed in Brandy.
This Christmas Pudding is already baked and sold in its genuine English earthenware basin. You'll only have to reheat it! Pull off the shrink-wrap and place the basin in the bain-marie during 1h30. Mind that water does not go into the basin. Remove from the mould before serving, dust with icing sugar, moisten with Brandy before flambé.
Fruits (red currants, Victoria plums, Damas plums), sugar, sultanas, spices, setting agent: pectin. Can contain kernels. Prepared with 55g of fruits for 100g of pudding, and 67g of sugar for 100g of pudding.
