Tea of the Lancang river which has been harvested between April and October 2015.
Leaves have been pressed, without beeing broken, which demands a longer fermentation. The tea has been then put in a cellar, in the dark, with a high rate of humidity in order to cause the maturation proper to the Pu Erh tea.
This tea gives a deep black infusion with woody and minerals aromas. Gets better with time.
