This formosa is a discovery and a real rarity. The harvest took place in mid-April with a cultivar Jin Chun. Its final achievement is quite rare in the process. The Oolong was mixed with Taiwanese cinnamon sticks and then heated to enhance the flavors. This same method was used for our famous Jasmine tea. It is only after 10 days that the cinnamon sticks are removed.
This tea offers a cup with explosive notes of cinnamon.
