Formosa of great delicacy
This Pouchong formosa is a very green tea in the Oolong family. An extremely elegant and gentle formosa. A tea totally sold directly after the harvest because the demand is enormous.
This formosa is harvested in April / May. After picking, the tea is dried for a few hours in a special room controlled in humidity and temperature so that the oxidation is done correctly. The shaping of the leaves is done manually.
