This black tea from Japan is a real discovery. The leaves come from the Minowa-Cho region (Nagano) and the flower petals come from the tree named after Kanzan Zakura (Shizuoka region). Concerning the leaves of Sakura, they come from the only farm which preserves the leaves without brine and without pesticide.
The black tea base has been certified organic for 20 years. This black tea comes from a small harvest where the picking is done manually, leaf by leaf.
