Handcrafted according to ancestral traditions, this matcha whisk is made from a single piece of bamboo whose 100 strands have been carefully cut
Matcha preparation guide:
With a matcha spatula, pour 1 to 2g of matcha tea into a large bowl (chawan), then pour 100 to 200 ml of hot water (65/70°C)
Then whisk energetically, forming a “w” using the whisk until you obtain a foam on the surface.
Once used, the matcha whisk can be placed on a whisk rest to dry naturally before being gently wiped with a cloth
