Rare and delicate oolong
This blue / green tea from Java comes from a plantation located near the WWF National Reserve of Salak, at an altitude of 1000m. This certified Organic plantation takes advantage of pure mountain water for the irrigation of its tea plants. The plants used are Chien Shien, Chui le and Shukui from Taiwan.
This is the Taiwanese fermentation method that is used. For this method, it is the degree of fermentation of the leaves that changes. The oxidation of the leaves is 60 and 70%, the fermentation-sweating operation will therefore last up to 2 hours. The result is fruity and woody teas, close to black teas.
Only a few small quantities available.
